EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Hiring of Agency for Providing Qualified Resource Persons for facilitating of Training sessions on Community Forest Resource Management and Non-Timber Forest Produce (NTFP) micro enterprise and sustainable management of forest resources.

Background

Lokshakti Samaj Sevi Sanstha invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified agencies for providing experienced and competent resource persons to conduct training sessions on the implementation and functioning of Community Forest Resource Management Committees (CFRMCs) and sustainable management of Non-Timber Forest Produce (NTFP).

We are working with tribal community in Korba & Mohla-Manpur District of Chhattisgarh.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

	Identification and engagement of qualified and experienced resource persons in the concerned subject areas.
	Managing the logistics for resource persons (travel, accommodation, honorarium, etc.).
	Conducting structured training sessions for community stakeholders, committees, and relevant participants.
	Ensuring interactive, practical, and field-oriented training modules tailored to local needs.
	Preparing training materials (soft/hard copies) if required.
	Documentation and submission of detailed training reports after each session (including participant feedback, outcomes, and recommendations).

Beneficiaries

Participants (including members of Community Forest Resource Management Committees, local forest-dependent communities, and related stakeholders) across different training locations as identified by the organisation from Korba & Mohla-Manpur district of Chhattisgarh.

Location

The venue for training will be communicated by us. It will vary as per the program scheduled. Accordingly you will have to manage logistics for the resource person.

Payment Terms

The agency will be engaged on a quarterly payment basis upon successful completion of deliverables and submission of documentation along with invoice of training conducted during the period.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies should meet the following requirements:

	Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting training on forest governance, community resource management, or related fields.
	Proven record of engaging subject matter experts/resource persons for capacity-building programs.
	Prior experience with government departments, NGOs, or forestry-related institutions will be preferred.
	Legal registration and PAN/GST compliance.

Submission of EOI

Interested agencies are requested to submit their EOI along with the following details:

	Profile of the agency (registration details, experience, areas of expertise).
	List of potential resource persons with qualifications and relevant experience.
	Previous similar assignments handled.
	Financial proposal (fee structure).
	Contact details of the authorised person.

Timeline

The EOI along with supporting documents should be submitted to lokshakticg@gmail.com on or before 18 September 2025.

Evaluation

EOIs will be reviewed based on relevant experience, expertise of proposed resource persons, and demonstrated capability to undertake the assignment. Shortlisted agencies may be invited for further discussion.
